Return policy
- The consumer can dissolve an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a reflection period of at least 14 days and at most 20 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but cannot oblige him to state his reason(s).
- The cooling-off period referred to in paragraph 1 commences on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer in advance, who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:
a. if the consumer has ordered multiple products in the same order: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last product. The entrepreneur may refuse an order for multiple products with different delivery times, provided that he has clearly informed the consumer of this prior to the ordering process.
b. if the delivery of a product consists of different shipments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last shipment or the last part.
c. in the case of agreements for regular delivery of products during a certain period: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, has received the first product.In the case of services and digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium:
- The consumer can terminate a service agreement and an agreement for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium for a maximum of 14 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but may not oblige the consumer to state his reason(s).
- The cooling-off period referred to in paragraph 3 commences on the day following the conclusion of the agreement.
Extended cooling-off period for products, services and digital content that has not been delivered on a tangible medium in the event of failure to inform about the right of withdrawal: - If the entrepreneur has not provided the consumer with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal or the model withdrawal form, the cooling-off period will expire twelve months after the end of the original cooling-off period determined in accordance with the previous paragraphs of this article.
- If the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with the information referred to in the previous paragraph within twelve months after the commencement date of the original reflection period, the reflection period will expire 14 days after the day on which the consumer received that information.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Discounted products
- Black Friday deals or any other sales period discount products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchases back to manufacture’s address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bionutrasciences.nl and send your item to: BioNutra Sciences BV, Lupine 8, 5432BT, Cuijk, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BioNutra Sciences BV, Lupine 8, 5432BT, Cuijk, Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
