BioNutra Sciences French plum jam is a homemade jam from the whole fruit in small batch. We don’t use frozen fruit pulps, this is a fresh fruit jam, we may have the jam next year during the plums and blueberry season.

We have 60% French plums and 40% blueberries in the jam and added fresh lime juice and a little lime skin for extra taste, a thickener as jelly sugar. We have also added wildflower honey from the Netherlands, a little bit of fresh apples of the season for extra tanginess.

You can use it the way you love it, like in your bread spread, on pancakes, high-fiber rolls, cakes, tart, croissants, baking, on your ice cream, with the yoghurt.

No added color or artificial flavors, all flavors are natural from the fruits themselves. You may find a small pieces of lime skin, but don’t worry, they are soft and cooked well enough to spread it on your pancake or any other forms of spreads.

You can also shop Green apple, red apples, orange skin and wildflower honey from the Netherlands Jam here. Small trial batch, next year we hope to go for a larger batches of tropical fruit jams such as Mango jam, Guava jelly jam, Pomegranate jelly jam.
