Your body naturally makes Coenzymes through the food that you eat by itself, but in some cases due to certain conditions,  or due to old age or aging process your body makes less, which is not enough to give you the required energy throughout the day to support your brain, heart, muscles membranes, skeletal membranes and kidney and so on, CoQ10-ubiquinone can also help with the exercise endurance and energy production throughout your body and cell membranes, always eat healthy food contains coenzymes.

What is CoQ10?

CoQ10 is a fat-soluble compound that is naturally present in small amounts in a wide variety of foods including meat, fish, nuts, and some oils. It is also naturally produced by the human body.

What is CoQ10?

How does Coenzyme form naturally in your body and how science explained?

Electron Transport Chain

  1. To transform conventional CoQ10 to Ubiquinol, CoQ10 travels along a pathway in your cell membrane called “Electron Transport Chain” (CTC).
  2. It must accept an Electron from the Chain to transform itself into Ubiquinol.
  3. The Electron-rich Ubiquinol is then able to pass to the other parts of the chain.
  4. When it passes an electron, Ubiquinol triggers the creation of the ATP and provides you with the cellular energy your body needs to function appropriately at an optimal level.

CoQ10 is found in meat, fatty oily fish, chicken, organ meats, legumes, broccoli and nuts. The amount of CoQ10 found in these dietary sources, however, sometime isn't enough to significantly increase Coenzyme levels in your body once you get older. Younger people eat healthy balanced diet food generally can make enough CoQ10.

Naturally occurring Coenzyme can keep your heart, brain, cellular membranes healthy, they are involved in creating energy throughout your body, physical performances.
