How long my delivery of the package takes?
In The Netherlands, you will receive the package within one business day. During busy periods it may happen that you may receive the delivery after two to three business days.
When you place an order on Monday to Friday before 4PM (16:00), we will ship the package the same day. Orders placed after 4PM (16:00) or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day. In the Netherlands, you will receive the package within one business day. During busy periods it may happen that you receive the delivery after two business days.
Delivery within the Netherlands, what are the shipping costs?
For the order up to €70.00 incl. VAT, you pay shipping costs. When the delivery address is in the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €6.85 incl. VAT. Shipping of our products are free within The Netherlands for purchase order amount is above €70.00 incl. VAT.
For orders up to €75.00 incl. VAT you pay shipping costs. When the delivery address is in the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €6.85 incl. VAT. For orders above 75.00 incl. VAT or more you pay no shipping costs. For countries other than The Netherlands different shipping rates apply. All orders abroad will be sent by registered post.
Delivery within Belgium, what are the shipping costs?
For the order up to €150.00 incl. VAT, you pay shipping costs. When the delivery address is in Belgium, the shipping costs are €8.70 incl. VAT. Shipping of our products are free within Belgium for purchase order amount is above €150.00 incl. VAT.
For orders up to €150.00 incl. VAT you pay shipping costs. When the delivery address is in Belgium, the shipping costs are €8.70 incl. VAT. For orders above 150.00 incl. VAT or more you pay no shipping costs. For countries other than Belgium different shipping rates apply. All orders abroad will be sent by registered post. Shipments to Belgium and Germany
Orders to Belgium and Germany are sent with DPD. These packages are also sent by registered mail as standard. The DPD delivery person must present the package to you in person.
Order amount above € 150,-
If the total order amount of your order exceeds € 150,-, it will be sent as registered mail. This package requires a personal signature. This means that the postman may not give the package to the neighbor.
Shipments to Belgium and Germany
Orders to Belgium and Germany are sent with DPD. These packages are also sent by registered mail as standard. The DPD delivery person must present the package to you.

Returns
How long is my cooling-off period?
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within a period of 14 days.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the complete order.
You can then return the order to us.
Products whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal
Can I track the delivery of my package?
Yes, of course, you will receive an email from us with Track & Trace information about your order. Did you not receive a Track & Trace? Then it may have ended up in the spam box or we have an old or invalid email address in our administration. If you didn’t find your track and trace in your email, then call or email us to report this!
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
The invoice for your order will be sent to you by email the next business day. Did you not receive an invoice? It is possible that we have an old or invalid email address in our administration. Call us on +31———- or email us at info@bionutrasciences.nl to report this!
Where will my package be delivered if I am not at home?
If you are not at home when PostNL or DPD delivers, they will try to deliver the package to your neighbour’s. If this also fails, your package will be delivered to a nearby collection point. Sometimes it is possible to indicate earlier during delivery of the package that it can be delivered elsewhere.
Is it possible to send an order abroad?
Yes, international shipping is active. We do not add tax, customs charges, surcharges here, you will pay tax, tariffs or any other tax levy on arrival if any on arrival. If you any doubts, questions about the exact amount of the shipping costs for international shipping you can contact us via info@bionutrasciences.nl . Though we have integrated different shipping rates for different countries within the Europe and outside of Europe, it will be automatically reflected on your billing while you are doing the checkout.
Some countries have sales taxes and customs duty you need to pay when the package arrives at your home or your given shipping address, sometime shipping company sends you an email before delivering the packages to pay the taxes, or tariff (if any) online, or in some countries they may collect it when the packages are being delivered.
How can I return my package?
If you wish to return part or all of your order, exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us.
We have made this as simple and easy for you as possible. You can easily do this via our return portal (Harshit Add link to the return portal). Enter the postcode and track and trace code of your order here. Fill in all the details for what you want to return. At the end you will receive a shipping label to send your return. You can also register the return in writing (letter with reason for return with your package), by e-mail or by telephone. You can use the model withdrawal form (Harshit Link Attach a model withdrawal form) for this , but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case, no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Returns are free via PostNL if you use our reply number. Of course, you can also return the products via a different carrier, in which case the costs are for you.
If you are outside of the European Union, then the shipping cost is on you, you must use our shipping address provided below and send it by registered post.

Only you are liable for any damage, diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How long does it take to get my money back for a returned product?
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel this agreement.
If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such refunds.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods and good conditions, whichever is the earliest.

About reviews
Our reviews are real.
We collect reviews for the review platforms Judge.me, Google and Trustpilot. In addition, we collect reviews about our products for BioNutra Sciences.nl As a customer of BioNutra Sciences, you will receive a request by e-mail after an order to leave a review on Judge.me , Google or Trustpilot . We also sometimes ask this via our chat function after you have completed a conversation with one of our customer care employees.
About a month after receiving your order, we ask customers to write product reviews. So we only approach real customers for real customer experiences and only users of products to share product experiences. You can only write a product review if you have ordered/ purchased that product from us. All reviews, good or bad, are always posted. However, with product reviews we are obliged to hide all unauthorized health or medical claims. This is a regulation from the Inspection Council, that supervises the Advertising Code for health products. Suppose you are satisfied with a product that you use for your intestines, heart or liver and you write in your enthusiasm: “I am free of my intestinal, liver, heart complaints”. Then that review would appear on our product page. However, the term “intestinal complaints or other complaints” indicates a medical effect, and so it is in fact a medical claim for our product. To prevent this from appearing online, we only censor the reviews for these kinds of words. So then it appears “I am free of my ###XX. It looks a bit silly, we agree, but rules are rules. Censoring will take place or a delay of 0 to 7 business days.

Reviews that come from a bot or fake account, contain advertisements or promotions, show a conflict of interest, contain foul language, are hurtful or intimidating, discriminate or incite hatred, or contain personal information will not be posted, and they will be removed.
What kind of warranty do your products have?
For all items that you buy from us, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
I have a complaint
If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
If you do not agree with the solution or we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform .
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it for mediation to WebwinkelKeur via the Disputes Committee .
Shelf life and storage
Can you still take the supplements after the expiration date has passed?
At BioNutra Sciences, we guarantee 100% label claim. This means that the amount of ingredients listed on the label are completely stable until the day the expiration date expires. If you store the supplement in a dark, and low-humidity environment, the supplement can also be taken shortly after this date. However, the effect of the nutrients may decrease after the expiration date.
Medication use
Can I combine nutritional supplements with (regular) medication?
Most nutritional supplements can simply be combined with medication. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a specialized pharmacist who has knowledge of the supplement in question and the medication you are taking or your medical professional or your family doctor if you are on some serious medication.
Subscription
How does the BioNutra Sciences subscription work?
With the BioNutra Sciences subscription you will automatically receive your supplements at home every 90 days. The first payment is made via iDEAL or credit card, future deliveries are then automatically debited from your account via direct debit. You will receive an 5% discount on your subscription.
Can I add multiple products to my subscription?
Yes, you can add multiple supplements to one subscription. Each product will be delivered separately according to your chosen settings, such as speed, pause or termination.
What if I want to receive my delivery earlier or later?
You can speed up or delay your delivery whenever you want, even per product, giving you complete control over when you receive your supplements.
Can I temporarily pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, without additional costs. This even applies to individual products in your subscription.
Are all BioNutra Sciences supplements available as a subscription?
Not all supplements are available as a subscription. When choosing your products, you will see clearly marked which are and are not available for subscription options.
How does payment work after the first time?
The first payment is made via iDEAL or credit card. After this payment, the amount is automatically debited from your account for future deliveries, without you having to worry about it.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any further deliveries. You can reactivate the subscription at any time or start a new subscription if you wish.
Do I still get an 5% discount if I pause my subscription?
Yes, the 5% discount will remain in effect once you resume your subscription, as long as you remain within the same plan.
Can I change my subscription products?
Yes, you can always change the products in your subscription. You can add new supplements, remove existing ones or adjust certain products to your needs.
How can I manage my subscription settings?
You can easily manage your subscription settings via your personal account on bionutrasciences.nl. Here you can adjust delivery dates, add or remove products, or pause or stop your subscription.
Do I also receive credits for my subscription orders?
Yes, you will also receive credits for your BioNutra Sciences subscription orders. These will be added to your personal account for each order.

How many levels are there?
There are three levels in total
How do I reach level 3?
You start at level 1 by creating an account, for which you receive 100 XPs. When you reach the limit of 475 XPs, you will reach level 2. The biggest advantage of level 2 is that you immediately save 50% more credits per euro spent on bionutrasciences.nl. You can earn XPs by, for example, completely filling in your health profile or by completing the vitamin test. You reach level 3 at 645 XPs. For this you need to create an account, fill in a complete health profile and place an order. At level 3 you save twice as many credits per euro spent than at level 1.
What are credits?
Credits are a currency on bionutrasciences.nl. For example, 1000 credits have a value of €5.00 store credit. You can also exchange the credits for free products in the Reward shop.
